We accept payment through various payment methods such as debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, etc. Payment must be made at the time of placing the order. We use secure payment gateways to ensure the safety and security of your payment information.
We ship products within India. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and destination of the product. We strive to deliver products within the estimated delivery time mentioned on our website. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as payment method then Rs. 30/- will be charged as collection fee. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
We accept returns and provide refunds for products only if they are damaged, defective or wrongly delivered. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the product to be returned and will issue a refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned product.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad or condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, create a ticket by clicking here mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
